'Get fit with me, my fitness diary week 1. So i had had enough and decided now was the time to try and get some level of fitness back. So here is my new series, get fit with me or just get some motivation from my struggles. I\'ll be checking in every week to 2 weeks and let you know my progress, how I\'m finding the workouts, what I\'ve done and where i\'ve had fitness fails. I\'m focusing on building strength and trying to tone up like i was before. The workout program ill be using is called Beachbody on demand and it has hundreds of workouts to choose from, ive already done Insanity and Insanity max 30, his time ill be doing whatever i feel like on the day but mostly Cize as its pretty hardcore but lower impact.
