'http://AskTheTrainer.com  In the old days of my gym this was called biceps peaks.  Whether it helps you build out your biceps peaks is up for debate.  RULE #1 which applies to all weight training for cosmetic.  Concentrate on your muscular contraction.  The amount of weight you lift and how many times you lift it means absolutely nothing if you don\'t contract the muscles.  Form with this exercise is important to keep your elbows completely relaxed out to the side.  Do not let your elbows move forward.  Keep your wrists neutral, do not flex your wrists.  Concentrate on squeezing your biceps and let the weights back to the original position under control as with most exercises.
