'Grab your timer and let’s get started! This is a great work out for strengthening and toning and burning a lot of calories! You just need a couple of dumbbells or weighted objects from your home. Six blocks of work. Three exercises per block. You each exercise for we five seconds to one minute each. Repeat all three exercises before moving onto the next block.
