So, most of you guys always wondered what I looked like during Prime FaZe Ramos. today, i finally exposed Fat Ramos and I hope you guys enjoyed this body transformation video. I know my Physique isn\'t incredible or out of this world for me to make this video, but I think it\'s worth it for me to make a video sharing what I know to people who are new to the gym or want to be introduced on how to get started on a body transformation. I tried telling and sharing all that I know from training, muscle building, fat loss and really trying to achieve the most aesthetic body you can possibly achieve. If I can do it, everybody can do it. HOW TO GET A GOOD LEAN PHYSIQUE (TLTW version...) aka HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT AND GAIN MUSCLE FAST 1- Start going to the gym & get a good training plan (Push / Pull / Legs) 2- Start tracking your calories using apps like MyFitnessPal to make sure you\'re eating enough protein ( 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight ) and make sure you\'re on a caloric deficit to ensure WEIGHT LOSS! 3- Train hard in the gym and make sure you\'re using a Progressive Overload approach to your Training 4- Add Cardio into your routine to make sure you\'re burning more calories so you can eat more but still stay within a 500 calorie deficit. 5- Do this for a long time and you\'ll 100% get there eventually. 6- Mentally, don\'t get caught up in 1 bad day and realize it\'s a marathon, not a sprint.
