'Exercise: Medicine Ball Twist X Step Up Press Muscle(s): Quads, Glutes, Hamstrings, Core, Delts, Triceps (Full Body) Movement: Starting position: One foot on an elevated platform like a bench or steps, make sure the entire foot is flat on the surface this is important for balance. You\'ll be holding a medicine ball or a plate at your chest. Movement: While keeping the medicine ball/plate at your chest you want to twist your body in both directions from one shoulder to the other while engaging your core, making sure you are always facing the ball while twisting is a good way to make sure your core is engaged, after twisting press the medicine ball/plate straight up above your head. Next while holding the medicine ball/plate over your head, with the foot planted on the bench step up and back down returning to the starting position. As you are stepping down you are lowering your arms back to their starting position as well, then repeat for desired reps.
