'Your surfing body will perform better when you regularly stretch out the kinks on land. This is a great movement to perform at anytime, most surfers will find an area (or many areas) that feel very tight, rigid or immobile. This indicates a need to improve range of motion in those areas - which will then carry over to more fluid movements when you surf. Aim for 7-10 big deep slow breaths per side. Aim to repeat that 2-3 times each side. Stay surf strong & supple; you will benefit in the surf.'
