'Squash Leg Day with this Home Work-In'

'Welcome to another Home Work-In from Planet Fitness! Today, we have PF Trainer from North Carolina, Felicia, to lead you on a leg workout that will leave you feeling stronger in no time! This home workout was designed for everyone, at every fitness level, with no equipment required. Get loosened up, and feel free to follow along, or go at your own pace – there is no rush here.  For today’s warm up, you’ll be doing a round of side lunge stretches, back lunge stretches, hamstring curl stretches, light squats, and butt kicks. This home workout is built of two circuits that you’re going to complete three times each. In the first circuit you’ll do right & left tapping side lunges, right & left side curtsy lunges, jump squats, and more. After a quick rest, you’ll head into the second circuit which includes right & left donkey kicks, fire hydrants, alternating plank leg raises, and a whole lot more. Once you’re through all that, you #DidIt! Felicia will finish the home workout by leading you through a cool down session.   Don’t really know how to workout without a gym?
