'New Zealand Golf and Les Mills are pleased to continue the second series of golf fitness tips after a great response from the golf community. The first seven tips – on core stability, chest and shoulder flexibility, flexibility and High Performance, core strength, swing sequence and leg flexibility - have attracted more than 4000 views as we build on the successful introduction to golf fitness in 2013. The eighth tip is on Warming Up for golf with Australian Amateur Champion Tae Koh.'
