'Jumping Rope Slams are fun to do and loaded with strength building benefits. We recommend that you do 3-5 sets for 30 seconds, resting for 15 seconds between your sets. You can also incorporate this exercise into a larger circuit if desired.  PRO TIP: Make sure you keep your chest up and utilize a good hip hinge. Your power should be coming from your hips.'
