'HOOD & Battle Ropes 4:30 Drill'

'Battle Ropes supplement my training and give me a very good upper body workout and the continuous motion is an excellent cardio alternative.  Executing the drill from a partial squat position makes the drill even more challenging. This is the first time on the ropes in awhile and my technique and posture will improve. I challenge anyone to join me and try to keep up.  Training continues.  Special thanks to my trainer, Marty Lewis who assisted me.'
