We’re going for three mini-circuits of high intensity, LOW IMPACT (no jumping!) cardio exercises, getting progressively more difficult with each one. At just under one hour, we’re burning nearly 500 calories! Difficulty: Level FOUR Equipment: NONE / BODYWEIGHT Warm Up and Cool Down: Warm up is BUILT-IN and cool down is LINKED in the video Cool down: https://youtu.be/yl4H5URN8No Exercise Time: 50 minutes Calories Burned: It’s always an estimate (based on your weight and intensity), but approximately 450 - 500 calories. ⌛ HIIT Timer changes with each mini-circuit.
