'Hey guys! So here is the arm workout I promised. It\'s not as descriptive as my last couple workout videos because I wanted to fit more into this video. Hope it\'s still helpful for ideas or motivation! ALSO, I got a new tattoo a couple days ago which I wanted to share with you guys. All of my tattoos are very personal for me so I briefly explained why I got this one. I will likely go into more detail in my upcoming \"fitness journey\" video! Workout: 1. EZ bar bicep curls: 4-5 sets of 10-12 reps 2. Dumbbell biceps curls: 4-5 sets of 12-15 reps 3. Dropset of straight bar curls: 4 sets of 10 reps drop the weight and go to failure. 4. EZ bar tricep extension: 4-5 sets of 12-15 reps 5. Super set of rope tricep extensions and overhead extensions: 4-5 sets of 12-15 reps of each exercise 6.
