'Cize Live Round Two! (Fit Club Style)'

'Seeing that Jennifer is one of my fit fam peeps and she is doing so well with Cize, I showed her one of the lessons from Cize Live. She is one of my peeps so yeah, we did it Fit Club style. That means we follow the lesson and not the instructor. This is round 2 so we had fun.  As you can see it is all about how much you put into it. I go for it. You can tell by my sweat. Jennifer goes for it but she is not as crae and wild as I am. We have others who keep it calm and easy. Go your own pace and enjoy your body moving. You can be intense like me or not.
