'Full Body Cardio Workout with Fuel Fitness Modesto! You can do this work out with two dumbbells or no equipment at all weightless. We show modifications for all exercises.  This workout was intended to be done for one set per exercise for the prescribed repetitions but you can make this a longer work out by doing two or three sets! It’s a great butt kicker!
