'Inspired by Team USA athletes, try this 50-minute program designed to deliver total-body conditioning, core challenges and mental training. Or visit 24 Hour Fitness club and try it as part of a fun, fast-moving class offered for a limited time in January. You just might leave feeling like a champion.  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Step forward with your right foot.  • Lower your body until your right thigh is parallel to the ground and your left knee is almost touching the ground. As soon as you reach this point, explode up as high as you can. • Land softly on your feet with a bend in your knees, immediately drop back down into a lunge and explode back up.  • Repeat on one side for 20 seconds and then switch sides, or alternate sides for the entire working period.
