'Chris & Martha bought a 2021 Alliance Valor 42V13 and are full time living in their beautiful toy hauler. We felt that fitness was important especially living in a 5th wheel toy hauler and due to location and time, we may not be able to drop in at a CrossFit gym, which CrossFit is our choice of fitness. Chris was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in early 2016 and both Chris and Martha started to eat right and exercise. A year later Chris was off all meds for the Type 2 diabetes and we both continued to attend CrossFit classes. Since then, Martha was in a car accident, broke her wrist, a broken finger and had two right ankle surgeries and one surgery on her right hand. PT is very important and being on the road with a mobile garage gym was our solution. We\'ve had one heck of a year prior to going full time RV living, including Martha\'s mom passing away, it\'s time for us to get back on track and take our fitness on the road.
