'I am back with another video to show you what I eat in a day as a physicist and fitness enthusiast living in France. I have tracked the calories here for those of you who are curious. I don\'t do it on a regular basis as I prefer eating intuitively. Dinner: Quinoa (I made a typo in the video. Too lazy to fix it :P) Khichri -Quinoa (dry) and Split mung beans (dry) in a 1:1 ratio. (I used 1 cup each) -Water (double the amount of quinoa+beans) -Minced ginger and garlic -Grated broccoli stem and leaves (#zerowaste) -Sliced carrots -Sesame oil (RIP) Dry spices: -Cumin seeds -Cardamom pods -Cinamon sticks -Cloves -Bay leaves -Turmeric powder -Dried red chillies (optional) -Salt I cooked them up in a pressure cooker (2-3 whistles).
