'Toe Tap Dumbbell Step Up'

'Hold the dumbbells to your side as you keep your chest up and spine neutral throughout the range of motion.  Begin by standing close to the bench and stepping up and onto the elevated surface with your entire foot planted firmly (prevent lurching forward onto the step and focus more on driving up vertically).  Exhale and drive the weight through the elevated heel and extend your leg as you step up with your other leg.  Raise the back leg straight up to the top of the step with a slight tap of the toe.  Quickly return that leg back down to the floor in its original position as you inhale and immediately repeat with the same leg.  Maintain the weight being driven through the planted heel on top of the elevated surface through each step.'
